Spring into Summer at The 3Bs

We've had an amazing winter season full of muddy challenges with trail-hunting and xc sessions continuing unabated. The Legendary 3Bs team and our amazing horses have coped heroically, against the odds, to deliver fun and excitement to many riders. I'm so proud of them all - with 2 legs or 4!

Now we are turning our heads towards sunnier and drier times. We are working on are fields and xc jumps daily to restore the sort of going and obstacles that will allow us to train both horses and riders of all levels over the coming months. It's an exciting time for us as the hunters go on rotational holidays and our new horses and young stock come into work. Plenty of new mounts to introduce to you as well as keeping the regular favourites ticking along.

As always, we will try to accommodate whatever equestrian activity you choose at any time. In addition we have the following suggestions:

May 2025:

Bank holiday weekend - Residential XC clinic and Adult Pony Club Camp with BBQ and Bonfire
Monday 5th - Heythrop Fun Ride at Swell Buildings and The Warwickshire Point-to-point at Mollington
Saturday 10th - All day Pub Ride, 10 mile ride in the morning stopping at Hill Top Farm and The White Hart at Ufton (for lunch and a change of horses). with a further optional 10-12 miles in the afternoon stopping at The Green Man in Long Itchington and finishing at The Red Lion at Hunningham where the horses will be collected and transport supplied to get everyone back to the barn after drinks &/or supper
Sunday 11th - Stable and Horse Management Clinic. As well as enjoying time on the horses' backs, this day will be concentrating on how to become useful (and safe) around horses when on your feet
Saturday 17th &/or Sunday 18th - Hunting/XC clinic
Saturday 24th - Hunter Trial training a.m. and competition p.m.
Sunday 25th - Cotswold Fun Ride
Saturday 31st & Sunday 1st - Introducing New Jumps and course challenges at Ancient Oak Farm and New Horses at the barn

End of July/ beginning of August - Hedge-hopping day at West Haddon (when the hay-making is finished)
9th August - Grimsthorpe Fun Ride (Cottesmore Country)
21st September - Owston Fun Ride (Cottesmore Country)
10th October - Trail Hunting Demonstration Day
